Terms and Conditions

The Promoter:
“The Promoter” is Pals (Master of Ceremonies Ltd) - 2 Galatos Street, Auckland CBD,
Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
The Promotion:
● Summary of promotion: The promotion is an in-store competition to win 2 x Pals
hoodies from participating stores. There is 1 participating store nationwide and 1
prize of 2 x hoodies available, one for you and one for your pal.
● By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these
terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
How to enter
● Purchase any “Participating Product” Pals 5% 10pk 330ml, Pals 6pk 0% 330ml or
Pals 10pk 250ml, product from a participating store “Qualifying Purchase”.
● After making a “Qualified purchase”, entrants must fill in the entry form within the
participating store and put it inside the entry box.
● After the promotion period finishes, the store owner will draw a winner for their store.
There is 1 prize of 2 x hoodies available to be won in the participating store.
● The in-store promotion will run from 9am 10/07/2025 until 11.59pm 10/08/2025.
● The store will randomly draw the winner on the 13/08/25. With the winner contacted
by 13/08/25.
Who can enter?
● Entry is open to New Zealand citizens and residents only.
● 18 years old at the time of entry.
● Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter these promotions.
● Store owners and store employees are not eligible to enter these promotions.
The prize
● There is one (1) prize to be won in the one (1) participating store. The hoodie is
valued at RRP $80 each. The one (1) prize consists of 2 x hoodies, one for you and
one for your pal.
● The total prize pool is $190.
The conditions of entry
The promotion:
● The promoter reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at
any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the
competition.
Entering the competition:
● Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry
might result in the entry being invalid.

● No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries. Any entries from fake accounts
will be considered void.
● The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole
discretion. The promoter also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an
entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage
in participating or won by using fraudulent means.
Prize Draw
● At the end of the “promotion period”, the store owner will randomly draw an entry
form out of the entry box which will be the winner.
● The store will contact the winner to confirm they made a participating purchase and
therefore deemed the winner.
● All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner via email or phone.
Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
● The store is responsible for handing over the prize to the winner.
Fulfilment of Prize
● The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
● The store will provide the promoter the winners contact details and the promoter will
send the prize to the winner.
● The promoter will only courier the prize to an NZ-based address.
● The promoter is not liable for damage to the prize sent by post or courier.
● The promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
● If the winners do not accept any element of the prize, the promoter is not obliged to
provide the winner with a substitute prize.
