The Promoter:  

“The Promoter” is Pals (Master of Ceremonies Ltd) - 2 Galatos Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

The Promotion: 

• Summary of promotion: The promotion is an in-store competition to win 1 x Pals chilly bin from participating stores. There are 82 stores nationwide and 82 chilly bins available. 
• By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

How to enter

• Purchase any “Participating Product” Pals 5% 10pk 330ml, Pals 6pk 0% 330ml or Pals 10pk 250ml, product from a participating store “Qualifying Purchase”. 
• After making a “Qualified purchase”, entrants must fill in the entry form within the participating store and put it inside the entry box. 
• After the promotion period finishes, the store owner will draw a winner for their store. There is 1 x chilly bin available to be won in each of the participating stores. 
• The in-store promotion will run from 9am 1/12/24 until 11.59pm 28/02/25. 
• The store will randomly draw the winner between 1/3/25 - 7/3/25. With all winners contacted by 7/3/25. 

Who can enter? 

• Entry is open to New Zealand citizens and residents only.  
• 18 years old at the time of entry. 
• Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter these promotions.
• Store owners and store employees are not eligible to enter these promotions. 

The prize 

• There is one (1) prize to be won in each of the 82 participating stores. The chilly bin is valued at RRP $219 each. 
• The total prize pool is $17,958. 

The conditions of entry

The promotion: 

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the competition.

Entering the competition: 

• Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result in the entry being invalid.
• No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries. Any entries from fake accounts will be considered void. 
• The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole discretion. The promoter also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means.

Prize Draw 

• At the end of the “promotion period”, the store owners will randomly draw an entry form out of the entry box which will be the winner. 
• The store will contact the winner to confirm they made a participating purchase and therefore deemed the winner. 
• All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner via email or phone. Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
• The store is responsible for handing over the prize to the winner. 

Fulfilment of Prize 

• The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The store will give the winner 1 x Pals chilly bin.
• The promoter is not responsible for any damaged or lost chilly bins. 
• The promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
•  If the winners do not accept any element of the prize, the promoter is not obliged to provide the winner with a substitute prize.
